YOUTH LEADERS COURSE

As part of our promise to develop not only our players technical development we also look to improve their leadership and teamwork skills. Our introduction of the LTA Youth Leaders Course provides players with the opportunity to earn a qualification in leadership and further their ability to become positive role models for our younger players.

LTA Youth Tennis Leaders a leadership programme for young people aged 11-18, developing key skills for life.

The programme offers young people the chance to take their first step towards a career in tennis or another sport by gaining experience in several different roles at their local venue.

​

We are also offering our players the opportunity for even further learning - we are creating a Youth Leaders group chat where we will offer exclusive coaching and assisting opportunities for those involved. This will give them the opportunity to gain experience leading others and learn the practical skills used as a leader during coaching sessions.
