JUNIOR SQUADS

How do our lessons work?

Our sessions follow the LTA Mini Tennis Scheme - This means that players move through the different stages as they get older and their ability improves. Your child will be placed in the most appropriate stage for their age and ability, this is to aid their enjoyment and progression in the sport. The different stages mean that a different coloured ball is used in each stage as well as a different sized court.

Why are different balls and court sizes used?

The different ball stages are used to make the game easier - the balls change in size and pressure which makes the ball bounce differently and move at different speeds. The court sizes mean that players have less court to cover and that the court grows in size as the player gets older and more able.

MINI TENNIS RED AND GREEN SQUAD
A fantastic lesson that centres on game based coaching, building your child's teamwork, confidence and tennis skills. A great opportunity to play tennis with friends and make new ones!

Wednesday - 5:00-6:00pm - Eccleshall Tennis Club
Friday - 5:00-6:00pm - Great Bridgeford Tennis Club

JUNIOR IMPROVER SQUAD
Our Junior Improver session is for green and full ball players and is a fantastic social squad. It's great for those who have played before and those who've never picked up a racket!

Wednesday - 6:00-7:30pm - Eccleshall Tennis Club
Friday - 6:00-7:30pm - Great Bridgeford Tennis Club

Just £35 per month

MONDAY COACHING
Our Monday coaching is new to our timetable as we expand our provision.
Starting in October we will run as follows:

LTA Youth Start- 5-6pm - Eccleshall Tennis Club
LTA Youth Girls - 6-7pm - Eccleshall Tennis Club

After Christmas the sessions will then be split into the following:

Mini Tennis Red and Orange - 5-6pm - Eccleshall Tennis Club
Junior Improver - 6-7pm - Eccleshall Tennis Club

COMPETITION SQUAD
Our Competition squad is invite only and for members of our compettive teams. We currently have the following teams - 11U BOYS - 12U BOYS - 14U BOYS - 14U GIRLS This squad is perfect for players who want to play more competitively and work specifically on match skills and tactics. Please get in touch if your child would like to come for a trial.
