If you withdraw less than 21 days before the start you will only receive a refund if we are able to fill the vacancy. There is a £20 administration fee for withdrawal at any stage.
/ You will forfeit the course fee if withdrawing from the course once it has begun.
/ You must provide either a satisfactory DBS through the LTA (level 2) or a signed letter of deployment without DBS (level 1) prior to the start of the course
/ Impact Tennis is not liable for any damage or loss caused under this application process or for the duration of the course save where this is caused by negligence of Impact Tennis, it's employees and directly affiliated bodies but any such liability shall be limited to the extent that such loss was reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into. 6/ We reserve the right to reject any applicant whom it considers to be an unsuitable person for involvement on its tennis training courses. This right may also be exercised retrospectively if information is brought to our attention, which, if known at the time of the application, would have rendered the candidate unsuitable. 7/ Candidates should be aware that the course involves physical activity and that each candidate is responsible for their own well being regardless of fitness levels at the start of each day. Therefore it is advised that you have adequate personal accident insurance.
/ If course numbers are too low (which is infrequent) we will postpone the start of the course. Postponement may happen up to the final day leading up to the start of the course to give the opportunity for others to book on. You will be contacted by email if this happens.
